LOCATION WILL BE IN CHARLOTTE, NC
Assists patients, families, visitors and other Presbyterian Healthcare guests in our waiting room by providing information and updates to our guests. High school diploma. Experience in a fast paced customer service environment preferred. Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing; courteous, neat appearance, calm and confident manner, good communication skills, caring attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT; Sedentary Work - lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including the human body, weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of weight frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time). Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
