Job Description
THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED IN CHARLOTTE NC

Graduate of an accredited program. Bachelors degree a health care related field preferred.   Minimum two years healthcare related experience. Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Human relations and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting sponsors and staff.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and typing.  Attention to detail and accuracy necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent telephone diplomacy.  Working knowledge of Information Systems and database management.  Excellent analytical and time management skills.  Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team.  Ability to prioritize and problem solving skills, with demonstrated competency in applying regulatory knowledge to compliance and quality assurance program.  Able to meet multiple deadlines for concurrent projects. Knowledge and assessment skills to provide meet protocol and regulatory requirements. Must provide own transportation to clinics, hospitals and associated agencies as required.  Ability to travel to developmental, educational and promotional activities. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Light Work - Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, including the human body, weighing 11-20 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or a negligible amount of weight constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time). Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible.
